Your role

  • You will support your team in the execution of corporate finance mandates and be involved in the acquisition process.
  • You will do research, conduct interviews, and analyze companies, markets and the competition.
  • You will dedicate yourself to financial analyses (e.g., multiple, DCF, LBO), work on (marketing) presentations and prepare potential buyer and target company lists for our clients.

Your profile

  • You have bagged an excellent bachelor's degree in economics, ideally in a finance-related program.
  • You already have some hands-on experience in M&A and corporate finance.
  • You have an analytical mind and an excellent understanding of business contexts.
  • You’re a team player and show up with enthusiasm, eagerness to learn and a high level of resilience.
  • You are fluent in the local language and English.
  • You know PPT, Excel and databases like the back of your hand.
