Your role
- As a project leader you will advise reputable international private equity investors in commercial due diligence (buy- and sell-side), strategy (value appreciation, target screening, exit planning) and portfolio optimization.
- You will manage your team - together you will work on deals and transactions across a variety of sectors and with an international reference.
- As part of your role, you will communicate closely with top-layer clients and experts.
- You will play a leading role in issues of internal corporate development and will be called on when it comes to client acquisition.
- As an experienced professional, you are a role model and promote the personal and professional development of our young colleagues with your advice, actions and the right career tips.
Your profile
- You have many years of professional experience in the consulting environment, ideally with a focus on commercial due diligence, transaction advisory or private equity.
- You are an experienced project leader.
- You have a network of relevant contacts.
- Your thinking is strategic and entrepreneurial, at the same time you are hands-on.
- You contribute outstanding analytical skills and creativity when it comes to problem solving.
- You clearly possess pronounced social competence and leadership skills.
- You are fluent in German and English.
