Your role

  • You will support your team in the handling of buy- and sell-side mandates as well as the generation of financial and valuation models (multiples, DCF).
  • You will do research, conduct interviews, and analyze companies, markets and the competition.
  • You will assist in the creation of pitch books and potential buyer and target company lists.
  • Our experienced colleagues will guide you and answer all your questions.

Your profile

  • You have achieved excellent results in your degree so far, ideally in economics or another degree subject, and you have completed at least three semesters.
  • You already have some hands-on experience in M&A and corporate finance.
  • You have an analytical mind and work in a structured manner.
  • You’re a team player and show up with enthusiasm, eagerness to learn and a high level of resilience.
  • You are fluent in the local language and English.
  • You know PPT, Excel and databases like the back of your hand.
