Deine Rolle

  •  As a project leader you will advise reputable international private equity investors in commercial due diligence (buy- and sell-side), strategy (value creation, target screening, equity story design & exit planning) and portfolio optimization.
  • You will manage your team(s) - together you will work on deals and transactions across a variety of sectors and with an international reference.
  • As part of your role, you will act as a primary client counterpart and will take over a core role within pitches.
  • You drive the acquisition of new customers and advance your own projects.
  • You will play a key role in our company's internal development.
  • As an experienced professional, you are a role model and promote the personal and professional development of our young colleagues with your advice, actions and the right career tips.

Dein Profil

  • You have many years of professional experience (7 years +) in the consulting environment and/or a relevant track record of >100 successful due diligence projects, ideally with a focus on commercial due diligence, transaction advisory or private equity.
  • You are an experienced project leader.
  • You possess social competence and leadership skills.
  • You have a relevant network and know how to make use of it.
  • Your thinking is strategic, entrepreneurial and hands-on.
  • You contribute outstanding analytical skills and creativity when it comes to problem solving.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
