Your role

  • You will take on the role of (sub-)project leader for domestic and international client projects and, depending on requirements, you will work with your team on site at the client’s, in the office or occasionally from home.
  • As a project leader you will manage your team, contribute your expertise in functions, tools and industries, especially in the digital sector, and build up relationships based on mutual trust with our clients as our peers.
  • You will be called on for issues of internal corporate development and will be involved in client acquisition.
  • As a mentor, you promote the personal and professional development of our young colleagues with your advice, actions and the right career tips. At the same time, your mentor will prepare you for the manager role.

Your profile

  • You have an excellent university degree and several years of professional experience in the consulting environment, including as project and team leader.
  • You are an expert in the digital segment.
  • Your thinking is strategically and entrepreneurial, at the same time you are hands-on.
  • You have an analytical mind and a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • You are a team player with social competences.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
