Your role

  • Whether at home or abroad, you will be under your own direction when working on our consulting projects – depending on requirements, either directly on site at the client’s, from the office or occasionally from home.
  • The scope of your responsibilities will cover topics such as research, analysis and the preparation of presentations, and you will take the lead in sub-projects.
  • You are committed to promoting our services: you will contribute to company-internal issues and help make goetzpartners “future-ready.”
  • As a mentor, you promote the personal and professional development of our young colleagues with your advice, actions and the right career tips.

Your profile

  • You have bagged an excellent master's degree, MBA or PhD, ideally in Business Admin, and 2-3 years of work experience.
  • You have an analytical mind and an excellent understanding of business contexts.
  • You have social competence and some initial managerial responsibility.
  • You are fluent in German, English and business lingo.
  • You know PPT, Excel and databases like the back of your hand.
