Your role

  • Administration and further development of the existing IT infrastructure (M365/Azure Cloud) as well as decommissioning of the on-premise structure
  • Management and enhancement of user accounts, groups, and security configurations within the scope of Active Directory Management (Azure/Entra)
  • Ongoing development of the SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange infrastructure
  • Creation of concepts and technical documentation as part of the change process
  • Troubleshooting: Analysis and resolution of incidents as well as optimization of the IT infrastructure
  • Close collaboration with the entire IT team to meet system and security requirements
  • Support in the planning, coordination, and implementation of IT projects

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on computer science/informatics or a comparable IT education (e.g., IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration)
  • You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in IT system administration
  • You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 and IT security
  • You possess strong teamwork and communication skills, along with a high level of service orientation - even when working with demanding users
  • Ideally, you have knowledge in the areas of networking, routing, and firewalling
