Your role

  • You will take on immediate responsibility for your own projects and, depending on requirements, you will work with your team on site at the client’s, in the office or occasionally from home.
  • As a project leader you will manage your team, and together you will work on tailored solutions.
  • You will contribute your expertise in functions, tools and industries and build up relationships based on mutual trust with our clients as our peers.
  • You will play a leading role in issues of internal corporate development and will be called on when it comes to client acquisition.
  • As an experienced professional, you are a role model and promote the personal and professional development of our young colleagues with your advice, actions and the right career tips.

Your profile

  • You have several years of work experience in a consulting environment, also as project leader.
  • You possess functional and industry-specific expert knowledge.
  • Your thinking is strategic and entrepreneurial, at the same time you are hands-on.
  • You bring outstanding analytical skills and creativity when it comes to problem solving.
  • You clearly possess pronounced social competence and leadership skills.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
